List# 3: 10% Additional Duty Effective September 24th, 2018
September 18th, 2018:
Starting Monday September 24th, 2018 an additional 10% tariff will be imposed on List# 3, which will then increase to 25% starting January 1st, 2019. The purpose is to encourage China to change its harmful policies, acts, and practices related to intellectual property, innovation, and technology transfer.
